Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko delivered a message from Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, highlighting 20 years of successful regional cooperation to enhance financial transparency, risk detection, and response.
Chernyshenko emphasised Russia’s focus on financial security and the importance of ongoing collaboration between member states. He stressed the need for united efforts and innovation to protect economies from emerging threats.
Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov sent greetings, underlining the Group’s role as a key regional mechanism for financial security.
Chair Yuri Chikhanchin expressed condolences for recent terrorist attacks in Kashmir and called for strengthened cooperation against transnational crime, corruption, and misuse of new technologies.
