All this is happening amid the growing problems of the AFU at the front and "moral exhaustion of Ukrainian society at the rear".
According to the SVR, Ukrainian forces, in collaboration with the UK, are planning provocations in the Baltic Sea.
One such scenario involves staging a fictitious Russian torpedo attack on a US Navy ship.
