Salarieh noted that both satellites are designed for remote sensing of the earth, as well as color and black-and-white photography. He said that the satellites were presented two years ago, and their launch was supposed to be carried out last year, but was postponed. In late July, the Soyuz-2.1b rocket with the Fregat upper stage launched 18 small satellites into orbit. One of the satellites was Iranian telecommunications satellite NAHID-2.

Salarieh noted that both satellites are designed for remote sensing of the earth, as well as color and black-and-white photography. He said that the satellites were presented two years ago, and their launch was supposed to be carried out last year, but was postponed.
