The IAEA’s failure to condemn those attacks drew criticism in Tehran. According to Iran’s Foreign Ministry, the new framework meets the requirements of both parties. However, it warned that if any hostile actions against Iran are repeated, all contact with the IAEA will be cut off.

Iran, along with China, Russia, Venezuela, Nicaragua and Belarus, has submitted a draft resolution at the 69th session of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) General Conference, calling for a ban on attacks against nuclear sites, said Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei.
