“On 23 September, from midnight until 7:00 a.m., air defence alert units destroyed 69 Ukrainian UAVs over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga and Kursk regions, the Moscow region, the Rostov, Ryazan, Samara and Saratov regions, and the Republic of Crimea,” the ministry said in a statement.
