Russian Army launched a coordinated strike on Ukrainian forces in response to a terrorist attack on civilian targets in Crimea, the Ministry of Defense said on Tuesday.
The strike targeted temporary positions of Ukrainian Special Operations forces and foreign mercenaries from the "Prizrak" unit of Ukraine’s GUR in the areas of Tatarbunary and Rasseyka in Odessa region, who were reportedly preparing and carrying out the terrorist attack, the Ministry said.
"Additionally, storage sites for unmanned aerial vehicles at the 'Shkolny' airfield in Odessa region, from which strike drones were launched at civilian infrastructure in the Republic of Crimea, were hit.
A strike was also carried out on the workshops of the 'Motor Sich' enterprise in Ukraine’s military-industrial complex, where strike drones used by the criminal Kiev regime to attack Russian territory were being assembled," the Russian Ministry of Defense notes.
