The meeting brings together 140 participants from more than 40 countries. Experts from, in particular, the UK, India, Germany, China, Malaysia, Pakistan, and South Africa will speak on the sidelines of the meeting.
"It's no exaggeration to say that [President Putin's] speech is eagerly anticipated around the world. As usual, it will be substantive and widely discussed and analyzed," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said prior to the event.
