India and China recently held another round of commander-level talks to address tensions along the western sector of the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
A statement from China's Ministry of Defence described the discussions as "positive and in-depth," with both sides focusing on ways to ensure stability in the border region.
The talks, aligned with the "important consensus" established by the two countries' leaders, resulted in an agreement to continue military and diplomatic communication. Both nations reaffirmed their shared commitment to maintaining peace and calm along their border.
Additionally, on Sunday, India and China resumed direct flights after a break of more than four years.
