Russia strongly condemns terrorism and expresses its condolences to the families of those killed in the car bombing in India, which killed more than 10 people, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.
"We have received with extreme concern reports of a car explosion that occurred on the night of November 10 in the historic Red Fort district in New Delhi, which killed more than 10 people and injured several dozen.
