Russia’s FSB Thwarts Ukrainian Electric Scooter Bomb Plot
Russia’s FSB thwarted a Ukrainian terror plot targeting a high-ranking law enforcement officer in Moscow that was to be carried out using an electric scooter packed with 1.5 kilograms of explosives.
Three suspects are in custody:
A Ukrainian citizen recruited in 2025 was sent to Moscow to carry out recon and the assassination. He assembled and planted the explosives.
The second detainee, a Moldovan who was also recruited by Ukrainian intel in 2025, was sent to Moscow to shadow the target.
A Russian national, paid by the
Kiev regime, filmed the exact site where the scooter was to be parked.
