"Russia cannot be excluded from global supply chains. Amid current events in the global oil industry, Russia's economic partnership with China and India in the economic sphere guarantees stable supplies to both of these countries," Sechin said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

Middle East Conflict to Negatively Impact India's Economic Needs
The Middle East conflict will negatively affect the needs of India’s economy, but it also serves as an incentive to find solutions in energy security, Sechin said.
"The conflict in the Strait of Hormuz, as well as emerging risks, will unfortunately have a negative impact on fulfilling the needs of the Indian economy.
