Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has become one of the world’s leading powers; Russian and India are united by strong partnership relations, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.
“India is a country that has risen to become one of the world’s leading economic powers, achieving the fastest rates of economic growth and development. And what matters most to us is that it is a nation with which we share close partnership relations and are steadily expanding trade and economic cooperation across all possible sectors,” Peskov told journalists.
“[India is] a country with which we share strong partnership relations and are steadily expanding trade and economic cooperation in every possible area. Moreover, our dialogue extends even to the most sensitive fields,” he added.
