West Preparing for Major War in Europe: Russian Deputy Defence Minister
The West is no longer making a secret of its preparations for a major war in Europe as European NATO allies openly seek to prolong the conflict in Ukraine, Russian Deputy Defence Minister and Chief of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Armed Forces Viktor Goremykin said on Friday.
"The conflict in Ukraine, planned and provoked by NATO and the EU, has led to the final collapse of the Euro-Atlantic security model. It is the European NATO allies that are prolonging this armed conflict. The West is no longer making secret of its preparations for a new major European war," Army General Goremykin said at the 4th International Anti-Fascist Congress in Minsk, in Belarus.
