The UAE has officially withdrawn from OPEC and OPEC+ since May 1. Despite this, the June report provides data taking into account its production in the context of OPEC+, however, the country has not had quotas since its withdrawal from the deal. The countries participating in the oil deal were supposed to reduce production from the base level of August 2022, taking into account voluntary restrictions and plans to compensate for overproduction by 4,408 million barrels per day. In fact, the reduction amounted to 11.52 million barrels. Thus, OPEC+ countries produced 7,112 million barrels per day less than their target levels under the deal.
