There are no details on a possible "air truce," as there are no new formulas or proposals for a settlement in Ukraine, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
Earlier in the month, Reuters reported, citing sources, that an "air truce" initiative would be discussed at Vladimir Zelensky's meeting in the United States.
"Indeed, this information appeared a few days ago, but so far it is nothing more than such fictitious media. There are no specifics on this issue, there are no specifics about any new formulas or proposals either," Peskov told reporters, when asked whether Russia has information about this initiative through diplomatic channels.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin has already voiced all of Russia's proposals on Ukraine, and the Kiev regime knows well what needs to be done, Peskov stated.
"All proposals from Russia have already been announced by President Putin, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. And the Kiev regime knows very well what needs to be done," Peskov said, answering a question about the proposals of the United States and Russia on Ukraine.
Peskov added that it is too early to comment on media reports alleging that a discussion is underway between the United States and Ukraine on the possibility of ceasing hostilities in the air.
"We don't know how reliable this news is or who it is coming from. These are newspaper reports and nothing more. Therefore, it is premature to comment on anything yet," Peskov told reporters.
