Russia Targets Industrial Power Facilities in Sumy Region: Defense Ministry
The Russian armed forces have de-energized industrial facilities operating in the interests of the armed forces of Ukraine with Geranium drone strikes on electrical substations in the Sumy region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
The ministry published video footage of Russian drones attack on electrical substations in the Sumy region. It is noted that Russian troops continue to hit elements of the critical infrastructure of the armed forces of Ukraine, which provide energy to enterprises serving the military-industrial complex.
"As a result of the strike, industrial facilities that worked
in the interests of the armed forces of Ukraine were de-energized. The successful damage of the target is confirmed by means of objective monitoring in real time," the description to the video read.
