"In Dekar, they [armed people] attacked the Central Mosque during prayer and kidnapped more than 60 people," a local resident told the publication.Unnamed sources told the publication that the kidnappers had broken into the mosque while Friday prayers were taking place there and opened indiscriminate fire. Armed men abducted more than 60 worshipers from a mosque in the Nigerian town of Dekara, Niger State, local publication Daily Trust reported.
