The strikes targeted a logistics hub in Velikaya Balka in Ukraine’s southern Odessa Region. According to the ministry, the facility was involved in receiving, storing and distributing military cargo arriving in Ukraine from abroad.“The logistics hub in Velikaya Balka, which was used for the storage and distribution of military cargo arriving in Ukraine from foreign countries, was targeted,” the ministry said in a statement published on Telegram.A dry cargo vessel and a roll-on/roll-off ferry were also struck at the port of Chernomorsk. According to the ministry, both vessels had arrived carrying cargo intended for the Ukrainian military.“A dry cargo vessel and a ro-ro ferry were targeted at the port of Chernomorsk after arriving with cargo for the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces,” the statement said.The Defence Ministry also reported continued strikes on railway infrastructure in western Ukraine. It said the facilities were being used to transport military cargo from European countries.

Russian forces carried out large-scale overnight drone strikes against logistics hubs, ports and vessels linked to supplies for the Ukrainian military, the Russian Ministry of Defence said on Monday.
The strikes targeted a logistics hub in Velikaya Balka in Ukraine’s southern Odessa Region. According to the ministry, the facility was involved in receiving, storing and distributing military cargo arriving in Ukraine from abroad.
