OPEC+ countries at a meeting in Riyadh emphasized the importance of ensuring the security of international sea routes for uninterrupted energy supplies, OPEC said on Monday.
"The Ministers affirmed the critical importance of safeguarding the international maritime routes to ensure the uninterrupted flow of energy," OPEC said in a statement, following the meeting of energy and oil ministers from OPEC+ member countries in Riyadh.
