Following a meeting in Oslo with Kiev, EU and NATO representatives, US special presidential envoy Steve Witkoff hopes to present to Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia ideas developed in consultation with Ukraine and Europe, Axios reported citing an unnamed US official.
