On April 23, the European Union adopted the 20th package of sanctions against Russia, expanding restrictions in the energy sector, including oil production, refining, and transportation. The EU has already announced work on the 21st package of Russia sanctions. Moscow has repeatedly said the country will cope with the sanctions pressure that the West began to exert on Russia several years ago and continues to increase.

Russia Will Always Find Buyer for Critical Minerals Despite EU Sanctions: Foreign Ministry
Russia will always find a buyer for its critical minerals despite EU sanctions, Dmitry Birichevsky, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Department of Economic Cooperation, told Sputnik.
"We also have such raw materials, such minerals, and we have always been a reliable supplier for those interested. We have never refused. If someone doesn't want to buy them, that's their right, their choice. Here again, raw materials are in short supply; not everyone has them, critical minerals. Therefore, we will always find a buyer; we have no problem with that," Birichevsky said.
