French star Kylian Mbappe is just a game away from becoming the second youngest player after Brazilian legend Pele to lift two lift World Cup titles.
Kylian Mbappe's heartwarming gesture towards Morocco's Achraf Hakimi following France's 2-0 victory over the African team is being widely appreciated on social media.

Soon after Didier Deschamps' team sealed their spot in a second successive FIFA World Cup final in Qatar, Mbappe could be seen consoling Hakimi, whose performance was instrumental in Morocco becoming the first African side to reach the semifinals of football's top tournament on the planet.

Subsequently, Mbappe and the Moroccan star shared a warm hug, before exchanging each other's jerseys on the field.
Mbappe also later posted a tweet, lauding Hakimi for creating "history" before stating that everyone related to the competition was proud of him.
"Don't be sad bro, everybody is proud of what you did, you made history," he tweeted.
Mbappe's tweet and the video of the two players exchanging their jerseys have since taken the internet by storm with netizens hailing them for their sportsmanship and bromance.

"True bro code here. Mbappe seems like a man who relates so well with people. I don't even believe his best friend is Dembele as he said, this guy is best friends with everyone. Hakimi and Mbappe in the EPL would be great," a fan wrote on Twitter.

"Mbappe & Hakimi's bromance is refreshing to see, rivals on the pitch but besties after the game regardless of the results; That's the level of sportsmanship many players need to emulate," another added.
"This is why I love this game. Goal numbers and penalties are all forgotten soon! Friendships remain forever!" a third declared.
"The best relationship ever," a fourth summed up.
Coming to the tournament, France will now meet Lionel Messi's Argentina in a blockbuster final at the Lusail Stadium on Sunday.
Argentina hammered Croatia 3-0 in the first semifinal on Tuesday.
