MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reaffirmed his concept that he will carry out terrorism together with NATO with his words about strikes on Russian territory, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.
