India has dismissed Islamabad’s accusations of involvement in an attack on a military convoy in north-western Pakistan that left 16 people dead, the Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement on Sunday.
“We have seen an official statement issued by the Pakistan Army seeking to blame India for the attack in Waziristan on 28 June.,” the statement read.
"We reject this statement with the contempt it deserves,” the ministry added.
On 28 June, At least 16 people were killed when a suicide bomber drove an explosives-laden vehicle into a military convoy in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
