Jasir Bilal Wani, also a Kashmiri resident, was arrested from Srinagar in Jammu & Kashmir, the NIA said on Monday. Wani had reportedly provided technical support for carrying out terror attacks by modifying drones and attempting to make rockets ahead of the deadly car bomb blast, the statement read. The suspect, a resident of Qazigund in Anantnag district of J&K, was an active co-conspirator behind the attack and had worked closely with Umar un Nabi, to plan the terror carnage.

Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested another alleged associate of Dr. Umer Nabi, the mastermind behind the Red Fort car blast case, according to an official statement.
