"During the conversation, the Russian side presented photo and video footage from the site of the attack on the pedagogical college in Starobilsk on 22 May, confirming the involvement of the Ukrainian armed forces, as well as photographs of the deceased students," the ministry said in a statement.Kuznetsov was asked to forward the footage to UN Headquarters in New York, including to the UN Secretary-General, his Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, Vanessa Frazier, and other relevant UN bodies, the ministry added.Russia expects that the information will be used by the UN as part of its verification process, the statement said. Moscow also expects a clear public condemnation of what it described as the terrorist actions of the Ukrainian armed forces.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov has handed over photo and video footage from the site of the Ukrainian terror attack on a college dormitory in Starobelsk, in the Lugansk People's Republic, to Vladimir Kuznetsov, Director of the UN Information Centre in Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Saturday.
"During the conversation, the Russian side presented photo and video footage from the site of the attack on the pedagogical college in Starobilsk on 22 May, confirming the involvement of the Ukrainian armed forces, as well as photographs of the deceased students," the ministry said in a statement.
