Russia Sees Cooperation Opportunities With India in Manufacturing & AI
Russia sees significant opportunities for cooperation with the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh in manufacturing, urban technologies, and artificial intelligence, Russia's Trade Representative in New Delhi Andrei Sobolev said following a visit by an Indian delegation to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
According to Sobolev, talks between the Russian and Indian sides on the sidelines of SPIEF-2026 demonstrated vast potential for expanding economic cooperation between Russia and Andhra Pradesh.
"We see significant opportunities in manufacturing, advanced materials, urban technologies, artificial intelligence, transport, and industrial development," Sobolev said.
The trade representative noted that
