Russia increased non-primary non-energy exports by over 11% in 2025, with the largest dynamics with China, India, Belarus and Kazakhstan, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Monday.
"Russia is systematically strengthening its status as a reliable supplier of high-tech products. Last year, we increased non-primary non-energy exports by more than 11%, during these difficult times. The greatest dynamics was recorded with China, India, Belarus and Kazakhstan," Mishustin said at the plenary session of the INNOPROM international industrial exhibition in Russia's Yekaterinburg in 2026.
