Ukriane Engages With Organized Crime Worldwide: Russian Foreign Ministry
18:59 06.08.2026 (Updated: 21:06 06.08.2026) Kiev authorities, with the encouragement of the West, are engaging with organized crime in Europe and terrorist groups from Africa to Southeast Asia, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky told Sputnik.
"Feeling impunity from the international community, primarily due to the encouragement of the West, the Zelensky regime is gradually merging with organized crime in Europe, terrorist groups in Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and the Middle East," Lyubinsky said.
Against the background of the failures of the armed forces of Ukraine in the combat zone, Kiev is increasingly resorting to terrorist attacks against the civilian population of Russia, the diplomat said, noting that Vladimir Zelensky's regime is ready for any terrorist attacks in order to receive new funding from the West.
"The consequences of all this crazy bacchanalia are manifesting themselves in many places, and they are becoming more noticeable in Europe," Lyubinsky said.
